How it works?

A) If you are a patient/ relative/ referring entity:

Step 1

Upload your scan and whats-app us at +917738109128 or email* on reportmymri@gmail.com or send message by using google hangout.

Step 2

One of our radiologist will take a preliminary look at your scan and will tell you if it's complete study which we can read. You will be asked to make payment based on the case as displayed on the pricing page, individualized concessions may be given.

Step 3

Once payment is received our radiologist will read the scan. You will receive report and video explaining the report on your email. You can talk with radiologist with video / audio call.

Step 4

We welcome the follow ups of your treatment. Next follow up scans will have upto 40% reduction. You are welcome to write about your experience, we will feature it on our feedback page.

How can I upload my scans?

Let us help you with steps

Step 1: Insert CD/DVD or pen drive in computer

Step 2: Find the folder titled DICOM images

Step 3: Copy and paste it in your hard drive/ pen drive.

Step 4: Convert the file into the ZIP folder

Step 5: Upload the file or share the google drive link

Can I get discount?

Yes, Depending on your circumstances. You will need to write to us on email or google hangout.

What if there is an emergency e.g. stroke and I need report in 10 minutes?

Yes, You can reach chief radiologist with interest in stroke with google hangout (reportmymri@gmail.com) if you need an emergency consultation.'

If your report is not urgent please allow our radiologists time to get to right diagnosis. You wouldn't push detective to catch red herring, would you?

How fast I can get my report?

As early as within 3 hour (if from 8 am to 12 am Indian time) . However if your case requires discussion it may take upto 12 hours or more. But rest assured that when you get the report you will be satisfied with it.

For urgent reports we would suggest sending message on WhatsApp(+917738109128) or google hangout(reportmymri@gmail.com).

How many revisions I can ask for ?

As many as you want until you are satisfied.

Can I get second opinion report?

Yes, off course. We will urge you to share with us your previous report.

Will my information including report stay confidential?

Yes. As a physicians, We can assure you the confidentiality you to share with us your previous report.

Can I ask questions during course of my treatment ?

Yes. You are welcomed to ask questions any time during course of the particular disease for which we have done the reporting even after months!

Can I ask questions even after order is completed ?

Yes, you can ask questions as many times as you can, even after report is completed.
